جامعة القرويين في فاس هي أقدم جامعة في العالم لا تزال تعمل حتى اليوم، تأسست عام 859 ميلادياً. تُعدّ هذه المؤسسة التعليمية الإسلامية العريقة رمزاً للتراث الثقافي والحضاري للمغرب والعالم الإسلامي.
