Casa Milà (La Pedrera)
Casa Milà (La Pedrera) is Antoni Gaudí's most radical residential building, a UNESCO World Heritage masterpiece completed in 1912 whose undulating limestone facade, wrought-iron balconies, and rooftop of warrior-like chimneys break every architectural convention. The extraordinary rooftop terrace is an open-air sculpture park; the attic houses an excellent Gaudí exhibition space. The building remains a working residential block while welcoming over a million visitors annually.
