Sagrada Familia

La Sagrada Família is Antoni Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece and Barcelona's most visited landmark, a towering Roman Catholic basilica whose organic, nature-inspired forms have been under construction since 1882 and are still ongoing. Gaudí devoted the final years of his life entirely to the project and is buried in its crypt. The basilica's intricate facades — the Nativity facade in the style of Catalan Modernisme and the Passion facade with more angular, expressionist style — attract over 4 million visitors annually.
