Toyosu Market is Tokyo's massive modern wholesale fish market, relocated from the legendary Tsukiji in 2018 and now operating from a state-of-the-art facility on a reclaimed island in Tokyo Bay. The market handles over 400 types of seafood daily, and its tuna auctions — which visitors can observe from glass-enclosed galleries — are among the world's most spectacular food spectacles.
