Noi Bai International Airport (HAN)

Noi Bai International Airport is Vietnam's second-busiest airport and the primary gateway to the capital Hanoi, handling over 30 million passengers annually from its modern T2 international terminal — designed by Japanese architect Fumihiko Maki and opened in 2014 — alongside an older domestic T1 terminal. The airport serves as a hub for Vietnam Airlines and handles international routes across Asia, Europe, and Australia, as well as extensive domestic connections to cities throughout Vietnam. Connections to central Hanoi are provided by the Vietnam Airlines Minibus, Jetstar bus, City Bus route 86, and taxis, with journey times of approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
