Hardangerfjord
Hardangerfjord is Norway's second-longest fjord and one of the most beautiful in Scandinavia, stretching 179 km inland through dramatic mountain landscapes in western Norway. Famous for its fruit orchards — particularly apple and cherry blossoms in spring — and the thundering Vøringsfossen waterfall, it offers scenic cruises and hiking among glaciers and waterfalls. The Hardangervidda mountain plateau above the fjord is Scandinavia's largest national park.
