Chengdu North Railway Station

Chengdu North Railway Station is a historic transportation hub serving conventional (non-high-speed) rail services to destinations across Sichuan Province and beyond, including scenic routes to Leshan, Emeishan, Jiuzhaigou, and connections into Yunnan Province. While the newer East Station handles most high-speed traffic, Chengdu North remains important for travellers on scenic slow trains through mountainous Sichuan terrain. The station is served by multiple metro lines and is located in a densely developed part of northern Chengdu with good access to the city's commercial districts.
