Coron Bay Wreck Diving

Coron Bay in Palawan, Philippines, is considered one of the world's top wreck diving destinations, its shallow warm waters concealing twelve Japanese warships sunk during a US Navy air raid in 1944. The wrecks, encrusted with coral and inhabited by diverse marine life, lie at diveable depths ranging from 10 to 42 meters and are accessible from Coron Town. The surrounding twin lakes (Kayangan and Barracuda), limestone cliffs, and pristine lagoons make Coron equally spectacular above water.
