Giza Pyramids
The Giza Pyramid Complex is the oldest and last surviving wonder of the ancient world, a necropolis on the western outskirts of Cairo comprising three great pyramids — Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure — alongside the enigmatic Great Sphinx. Built over a 70-year period during the Old Kingdom (c.2580-2510 BCE), the Great Pyramid of Khufu was the world's tallest man-made structure for 3,800 years. The complex remains one of the most visited and most studied archaeological sites on Earth.
