Plaça de Sant Felip Neri is one of Barcelona's most intimate and historically significant squares, tucked in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. The church of Sant Felip Neri and surrounding historic buildings create an atmosphere of quiet history. The square inspired the tragic scene in Ildefonso Falcones's novel 'The Cathedral of the Sea.'
