Kensington Palace

Kensington Palace

Kensington Palace has been a residence of the British Royal Family since 1689 and continues to serve as the London home of senior members of the Royal Family including the Prince and Princess of Wales. The State Rooms, including Queen Victoria's birthplace and the apartment where Princess Diana lived until her death in 1997, are open to the public as part of an immersive museum experience exploring royal dress, history, and the stories of the monarchs who called Kensington home. The palace sits within the 265-acre Kensington Gardens, which merges with Hyde Park to form London's largest continuous royal parkland.
